Is this a private tour or a group tour?
This a private tour. Just you and your partner, friends or family will travel with you.
What types of tours do you offer in Hungary?
We provide a wide range of experiences, from half-day or daytrips to multi-day countryside Hungary journeys. Our itineraries include cultural landmarks, wine tastings, thermal baths, nature excursions, and hidden gems that most tourists miss visiting Hungary.
Do you provide hotel pickup in Budapest?
All our tours include pickup and drop-off from your hotel, apartment, or the airport.
How many people can join a private tour?
We arrange private experiences for couples, families, friends, and small groups. For up to 3 guests, a comfortable private car offers maximum comfort and flexibility throughout the day. However, smaller groups may also choose a spacious, modern van if they prefer extra space and an even more relaxed travel experience. For groups of 4 to 8 participants, the van is the standard and most comfortable option.
If your group is larger than 8 people, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to arrange a customized solution.
Is accommodation included in the tour price?
Accommodation is not included in our tour packages.
However, once your booking is confirmed, we will personally contact you and gladly recommend carefully selected hotels, boutique stays, or countryside guesthouses based on your preferences, travel style, and budget. You are, of course, also welcome to book your accommodation independently if you prefer.
Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made tours. You can choose the destinations, pace, activities, and duration based on your interests and travel style. Please note that distances and logistics need to be considered when making changes, and prices may vary accordingly.
How do I book a tour?
Booking your tour is simple and secure.
You can reserve your tour directly through our website using secure online payment. Once your booking is completed, we will personally contact you via WhatsApp to confirm all details, answer any questions, and make sure everything is perfectly arranged for your trip.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
For one-day private tours, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour date. For multi-day tours, cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 14 days before the start date.
Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, as vehicles, drivers, and resources are reserved exclusively for your group. If you are unsure or your plans may change, feel free to contact us — we always aim to be as flexible as possible whenever circumstances allow.
What language are the tours conducted in?
All tours are led in English by a local driver-guide.
