What types of tours do you offer in Hungary?
We provide a wide range of experiences, from half-day city tours in Budapest to multi-day countryside Hungary trips. Our programs include cultural landmarks, wine tastings, thermal baths, nature excursions, and hidden gems that most tourists miss visiting Hungary.
Are your tours suitable for families with children?
Yes. Many of our tours are family-friendly. We adapt the pace, add fun activities for kids, and ensure comfort for every age group. Just let us know the ages of your children when booking. Children under 12 travel with discounts.
How many people can join a private tour?
Our tours are flexible. We arrange experiences for couples, families, or even larger groups. Private tours typically range from 2 to 7 people as our standard offer, but we can accommodate more guests if requested in advance. For up to 3 participants we provide a comfortable private car, while groups of 4–7 travel in a spacious modern van. Solo travelers are welcome too. We provide a comfortable private car and a personalized quote, as operating costs are higher for single participants.
Do you provide accommodation as part of the package?
Yes. For multi-day countryside Hungary tours we can arrange carefully selected hotels, boutique stays, or countryside guesthouses, depending on your preferences and budget. If you prefer to choose your own accommodation, that is also possible. All our tours can be booked with or without accomodations included.
Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made tours. You can choose the destinations, pace, activities, and duration based on your interests and travel style. Please note that distances and logistics need to be considered when making changes, and prices may vary accordingly.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not sell insurance directly, but we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We always have a flexible plan. In case of rain or extreme weather, we adjust the itinerary or offer indoor alternatives such as museums, spas, or wine tastings, so you never lose the day. Please note that some of our tours are only available during specific seasons, as the experience is truly at its best at those times.
How do I book a tour?
Booking is easy. You can reserve directly through our website or send us an inquiry form, or contact us by email if you have special demands. We confirm availability and details within 24 hours.
How and when do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash (HUF or EUR) at the start of the tour.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour. For cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the tour fee will still be due, as we reserve the day and resources for you.
Are meals included in the price?
Meals are not included in the tour price. However, certain experiences such as wine tastings or food-focused programs may include meals or tastings if clearly indicated in the itinerary. For all other cases, we provide recommendations for authentic restaurants, and we can adjust to dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Complimentary bottled water is always available in the vehicle just ask from your driver.
What language are the tours conducted in?
All tours are led in English by professional guides.
Do I need to book far in advance?
We recommend booking at least a few weeks before your trip, especially during the summer season. However, we also handle last-minute bookings whenever possible. Please note that for last-minute bookings, cancellations and rescheduling are not possible.
