What types of tours do you offer in Hungary?
We provide a wide range of experiences, from half-day or daytrips to multi-day countryside Hungary journeys. Our itineraries include cultural landmarks, wine tastings, thermal baths, nature excursions, and hidden gems that most tourists miss visiting Hungary.
Are the tours suitable for families with children?
Yes. Many of our tours are family-friendly. We adapt the pace, add fun activities for kids, and ensure comfort for every age group. Just let us know the ages of your children when booking.
How many people can join a private tour?
We arrange private experiences for couples, families, friends, and small groups. For up to 3 guests, a comfortable private car offers maximum comfort and flexibility throughout the day. However, smaller groups may also choose a spacious, modern van if they prefer extra space and an even more relaxed travel experience. For groups of 4 to 8 participants, the van is the standard and most comfortable option.
If your group is larger than 8 people, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to arrange a customized solution.
Is accommodation included in the tour price?
Accommodation is not included in our tour packages.
However, once your booking is confirmed, we will personally contact you and gladly recommend carefully selected hotels, boutique stays, or countryside guesthouses based on your preferences, travel style, and budget. You are, of course, also welcome to book your accommodation independently if you prefer.
Can I customize my tour itinerary?
Yes, absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made tours. You can choose the destinations, pace, activities, and duration based on your interests and travel style. Please note that distances and logistics need to be considered when making changes, and prices may vary accordingly.
Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not sell insurance directly, but we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before your trip.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We always have a flexible plan. In case of rain or extreme weather, we adjust the itinerary or offer indoor alternatives such as museums, spas, or wine tastings, so you never lose the day. Please note that some of our tours are only available during specific seasons, as the experience is truly at its best at those times.
How do I book a tour?
Booking your tour is simple and secure.
You can reserve your tour directly through our website using secure online payment. Once your booking is completed, we will personally contact you via WhatsApp to confirm all details, answer any questions, and make sure everything is perfectly arranged for your trip.

Payment is made online at the time of booking.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
For one-day private tours, you may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the tour date. For multi-day tours, cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 14 days before the start date.
Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, as vehicles, drivers, and resources are reserved exclusively for your group. If you are unsure or your plans may change, feel free to contact us — we always aim to be as flexible as possible whenever circumstances allow.
Are meals included in the price?
Meals are not included in the tour price. However, certain experiences such as wine tastings or food-focused programs may include meals or tastings if clearly indicated in the itinerary. For all other cases, we provide recommendations for authentic restaurants, and we can adjust to dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Complimentary bottled water is always available in the vehicle just ask from your driver.
What language are the tours conducted in?
All tours are led in English by a local driver-guide.
Do I need to book far in advance?
We recommend booking at least a few weeks before your trip, especially during the summer season. However, we also handle last-minute bookings whenever possible. Please note that for last-minute bookings, cancellations and rescheduling are not possible.
